Description

Himalayan salt is rock salt mined from the Punjab region of Pakistan. It is the mineral form of sodium chloride. It forms isometric crystals. Its color is a mixture of pinkish white and transparent. Its scientific name is Halit. It can be used in meals, in the shower, peeling and massage. Salt provides acid-base balance, controls blood pressure and is a necessary mineral for the nervous-muscular system.
